Information you choose to provide
When you submit an enquiry, this website processes your contact details, company name, part quantity, material requirements, project description and any uploaded drawings and sends them to Allbest Engineering through our email provider. We do not store enquiries in a website database. Copies are held in the business email system to respond to your request and manage related work.
Drawing attachments
Drawings are used to assess your enquiry and are attached to the email sent to Allbest Engineering. They are not published on this website. The web server may temporarily buffer uploads while processing the request; the application does not keep a permanent drawing library. Copies remain in the business mailbox with your enquiry. Please only upload files you are authorised to share.
Responding to enquiries
When you contact Allbest Engineering by email, telephone or WhatsApp, we use the information you provide to discuss your requirements, prepare a quotation and communicate about your enquiry or work. Please only include information relevant to your request.
Cookie choices
We store your Accept or Deny choice in a necessary session cookie named allbest_cookie_consent. It contains only your choice, not your contact details. It has no fixed expiry and normally ends when you close your browser; browsers that restore sessions may retain it. The banner appears when there is no saved session choice. You can change your choice using the Cookie settings button below.
The embedded Google map loads only after you accept optional cookies. Denying or withdrawing consent removes the map. Your enquiry form and direct contact links remain available. Withdrawing consent prevents further embedded map loading but cannot delete cookies already set on Google’s own domains; manage those in your browser settings. We do not install advertising or analytics cookies.
External services
Email, WhatsApp and Google Maps operate under their own privacy policies. This website links to those services and embeds Google Maps on the contact page after you accept optional cookies. Loading the map connects your browser to Google, which may receive technical information and use cookies under its own privacy policy. We do not add advertising or analytics tools. Hosting infrastructure may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs. To limit spam, the website may temporarily count requests using a hashed network address. These counters expire after 15 minutes and are not used for advertising.
